Responsible Play

18+. We publish analytics; we do not accept bets. If you choose to bet, bet only what you are fully prepared to lose.

1. The honest math

Bookmakers price a margin into every line. Over time, most bettors lose money — that is the industry's business model, not bad luck. A good analytical filter can improve decisions; it cannot repeal the margin, and it cannot turn betting into income you should rely on.

2. Rules that protect you

  • Set a bankroll you can lose entirely without it affecting your life. Never top it up "to win it back".
  • Stake flat — a fixed small share of the bankroll (we publish flat 1-unit results for a reason).
  • Never chase losses. A losing streak is dispersion, not a signal to double.
  • No betting with borrowed money. Ever.
  • Treat it as paid entertainment, not a job or an investment.

3. Warning signs

Betting more than planned; hiding it from people close to you; betting to escape stress; borrowing to bet; feeling irritation or anxiety when trying to stop. Any one of these is a reason to pause and talk to someone.

4. Where to get help

  • Gambling Therapy — free international support online, many languages: gamblingtherapy.org
  • GamCare (UK) — gamcare.org.uk, National Gambling Helpline 0808 8020 133
  • BeGambleAware — begambleaware.org
  • Most bookmakers offer self-exclusion and deposit limits — use them; they work best set up in a calm moment, in advance.

5. Our part

We publish the losses, the drawdown and the sample size on every page; we do not run "hot streak" promos, fake urgency or guaranteed-win claims; and if gambling is harming you, our honest advice is simple: stop reading us and get support.
